Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the Cosmo product line and make data-driven decisions Develop, organize, and maintain product database to ensure that all product technical details (SKU, design, parts, functionality, specifications, etc) are consolidated and easily accessible Work closely with customer service supervisor to identify customer issues with products and communicate solutions to improve customer experience (i.
e.
maintenance, operation, and repair of products) Troubleshoot repeated product defects and identify ways to optimize product performance and usability Analyze product market and customer experience to determine best approach for product development Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent, required.
Minimum of 2 year of customer service/customer relations experience Industry experience (plus) Technologically/Mechanically savvy Written and Oral Communication Skills Detail-Oriented Excellent Organizational and Problem-Solving skills Proficiency in English (Bilingual is a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (plus) Schedule:
