Responsibilities:
Creating listings on OfferUp, Ebay, Facebook and other social media Provide order statuses and occasional troubleshooting assistance for customer orders Selling/Upselling large kitchen appliances (ranges, range hoods, refrigerators, cooktops, wall ovens, etc.
) Responding to customer inquiries about our products/services via phone, text, and chat Process Transactions and Maintain accurate records (i.
e sales reports, billing invoices, expense reimbursement forms, etc.
) Hands-on with demonstrating product features to customers and ensuring all products are complete with parts before customers pick up Maintain knowledge of merchandise lines, product features, product benefits and availability Cold calling and emailing JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED) Experience in Customer Service (2
years preferred) Sales Experience (2
years preferred) Comfortable lifting 50 lbs or more Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday, 9AM - 5:
30PM Contract positions are also available.
