As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for establishing and building a successful sales pipeline to determine the effectiveness of our current sales strategies, understand industry trends and consumer behavior, obtain and retain clients, and provide outstanding after-sales support and assistance.
To be successful in this position, you need to be goal-driven, persistent and have the ability to understand our target clients to offer the best solutions to meet their needs.
You will need to be an effective communicator in order to relay sales targets, updated plans, and discuss performance-related information with the rest of the team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Sell goods and services to accounts and prospects to support the overall goal of sustained growth Conduct frequent inbound and outbound phone calls Develop over the phone and computer-based customer service relationships Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, and product features.
Suggest sale of related parts when identical replacements are not available Keep current on new products and product updates Learn all facets of hydraulic components industry National wide travel to visit customers required for Outside Sales Representative Who we are looking for:
You have a proven track record of sales performance and experience.
You are computer savvy and capable of learning new computer applications.
You must be an effective communicator with strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
