We are a wheel manufacturer focusing on the sport compact and import car space.
Our company comprises one parent brand with multiple product lines, and a few sub-brands.
On a day to day basis, we have an inflow and outflow of parts, materials, completed products, RMAs, and similar.
Additionally we have many ongoing larger projects that require smaller components to progress foreward.
It is your responsibility to assist management with day to day operational aspects of the business.
This position requires you to be self motivated, a quick thinker, and flexible.
While your daily tasks remain mostly the same, it is imperitive that you are a quick learner and can pick up on new duties as necessary.
Job duties Assist management with paperwork Assist with customer escalations Answer routine correspondence and requests Facilitate general admin issues Track down issues with orders using internal systems Assist with phone calls and emails to vendors/suppliers Fulfill small requests of management Job Type:
