RN, MDS Coordinator, Transitional Care Unit, Ful time, Days (Internal Candidates Only)

The Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator has the responsibility for the coordination of data collection for the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) which includes Minimum Data Set (MDS) by all appropriate healthcare disciplines and the timely transmission of the MDS to the California Department of Public Health (CDPH).
Works with Vice President, Post-Acute Care Services, Clinical Director of the Transitional Care Unit (TCU, and staff to improve the quality of care, strengthen the financial performance, and improve patient, physician, and employee satisfaction.
This is an exempt position.
